Elite on-court development and academic excellence — built for student-athletes ready to compete at the next level.
Our Training Partner
Legacy Elite Athletic Academy powers the on-court side of Brooklyn Prep — bringing professional-grade coaching, structure, and exposure pathways that open doors to NCAA, NAIA, and international programs.
Led by former professional players and coaches, LIA has placed student-athletes at universities across North America.
Structure · Exposure · Long-Term Development
Compete against top-tier programs across Ontario in a structured league environment.
Access to professional coaching, film sessions, and performance training year-round.
Regular visibility to NCAA, NAIA, U SPORTS, and international scouts and coaches.
Compete for provincial and national titles through structured playoff systems.
Every aspect of our program is designed with one goal — putting student-athletes in position to compete at the next level.
Every day is built around two things — getting better on the court and growing in the classroom. Structure is everything.
Morning Training
Players hit the court before the school day begins. Speed, conditioning, and skill work — the foundation is laid before most people are awake.
School Starts
Classes begin. Brooklyn Prep athletes are expected to show up sharp — no excuses for what happened on the court the hour before.
Lunch
Fuelling right is part of the program. Athletes eat together, recover, and reset before the afternoon block.
Classes
The afternoon academic block. Study skills, discipline in the classroom — the same focus demanded on the court.
Training
Back on the court. Film sessions, drills, and live competition. The second session is where championships are built.
Dinner
Team dinner. Recovery nutrition and time to decompress as a group before the evening begins.
Study Hall
Mandatory study hall. Coaches check in. No phone, no distraction — just work.
Wind Down
Wind-down time. Ice baths, stretching, light reading. The body needs to recover as hard as it trains.
Lights Out. Discipline. Reset.
Sleep is the most important training session of the day. Every night ends the same way.
